1. Acceptance
By accessing and/or using the "Watch my SSL" service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") as presented by "Watch my SSL" company ("Company"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you must not use the Service.

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. This license is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, and is solely for personal or business use.

4. No Guarantee of Performance

The Company may terminate this EULA and your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time, for any reason. Upon any termination or expiration of this EULA or your access to the Service, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
8. Updates and Modifications
The Company may change, add or remove functionalities or features in the Service, and may suspend or stop the Service altogether. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. If you continue to use the Service after these changes, you signify your agreement to the revised EULA.
9. Governing Law
This EULA and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
